FREE INTRODUCTORY STRETCH

Your free intro session lasts about 45 minutes and gives you a full experience of what we offer. We start with a quick intake to learn about your body and goals, followed by a 25-minute full-body assisted stretch where you simply relax while your therapist does the work. We finish with a few minutes of percussion massage to help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Afterward, we’ll briefly check in on how you’re feeling and review our memberships and packages to help find the best fit for your needs.

25 MINUTE TARGETED STRETCH

This session can be used as a shorter full body stretch or to focus on specific areas of tightness, discomfort, or limited mobility. Your therapist will tailor the session based on how your body is feeling that day and your goals. It’s ideal for maintenance, quick relief, or when you’re short on time.

50 MINUTE FULL BODY STRETCH

This session allows for a more comprehensive, full-body approach to stretching and mobility. Your therapist will assess movement patterns, address multiple areas of tightness, and spend more time improving overall flexibility and mobility. It’s ideal for long-term progress, deeper work, and anyone looking for a complete, head-to-toe stretch experience.
